We generally ship the next business day following
receipt of your order. We are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses. There are some non-standard items that
require longer lead times. If your shipment is time sensitive,
please create a note in your order that you would like an estimated ship
date and transit time for your order. If you create an account
when you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with
your tracking number when the order ships. For questions, please

For items that require LTL
shipping, prices do not include the shipping. This includes:

During the checkout process, you will be asked to

The shipping charges for LTL items are based on the
total weight and the destination state.

If you would prefer, we can ship Collect on your
carrier. During Checkout, select the "COLLECT" option and note
your carrier of preference as well as any account information required
on the Bill of Lading. Mirachem will not be responsible for
freight charges on any carrier when "COLLECT" is the selected shipping
method.
Continental U.S. Destinations - Expedited Service:
Charges for expedited service (e.g. Next Day Air)
cannot be calculated online. For such shipments, we recommend that
you place your order online, then call Customer Service at 800-847-3527
to arrange the expedited service you would like. Please note that our
general policy is to ship the next business day after receipt of the
order. Depending on the time and stock, we may be able to assist
with same day order & shipment, but it is not guaranteed.
Alaska, Hawaii & International Destinations:
Freight costs for these destinations cannot be
calculated online. You may still purchase online but using the
"ALASKA, HAWAII & INTERNATIONAL" freight option during checkout.
